Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to ask for assistance in downloading my Microsoft certification scorecards. Currently, I am unable to download them because no scorecards are available on the website.

Could you please help me access or download my scorecards?

Score reports are now accessed online; direct download of a separate “scorecard” file is not always available.

To view and save exam score reports for Microsoft certification exams taken with Pearson VUE:

Go to the Microsoft Learn credentials profile page and sign in using the same personal Microsoft account that was used to schedule the exam.
Open the profile menu, select Credentials, then select Certifications.
Scroll to the Past exams section and locate the relevant exam.
Select View details on provider site to open the Pearson VUE dashboard.
On the Pearson VUE dashboard, find the exam and select View to open the score report.
Use the browser’s print function to print or save the score report as PDF (this replaces the older “download scorecard” experience).

If the score report does not appear there within 24 hours of completing the exam, or no past exams are listed even though the exam was completed, contact Microsoft Credentials support so they can investigate missing results or access issues.

For assessment labs (Applied Skills):

Open the Applied Skills credential details page where the lab was completed.
Access the score report directly from that page and use the browser’s print-to-PDF option to save it.

If no score report is visible there within 24 hours, contact Support using the link provided in the assessment lab scoring documentation.
