Can't copy and paste image and text at the same time to OneNote

When I copy only text or only image to OneNote, it worked fine, but when I tried copy text and image to OneNote, the app stopped responding and quit itself. This happened after I installed the latest IOS system.

I tried restart the app and it still didn't work.
