How to request the cancellation driver distribution(Shipping Label) without logging into Partner Center?

Hello,

We would like to cancel the distribution (Shipping Label) of a driver that was certified by Microsoft and submitted for distribution through the server. In other words, we want to stop it from being automatically installed through Windows servers.

We understand that, to do this, we should check the driver list in the Hardware workspace of Partner Center and submit the cancellation ourselves. However, the Hardware workspace suddenly no longer appears for the account that had been signing in without issues before, so we are currently unable to view our EV certificates or the list of drivers.

Therefore, we would like to know if there is a way to verify that this is our account and, based on that verification, cancel the distribution (Shipping Label) of the drivers that are on Windows servers under the EV certificate registered to that account, and block automatic installation.

Is there any way to cancel a Shipping Label request without signing in to Partner Center?

Cancellation of a driver shipping label requires either access to Partner Center (Hardware workspace) or use of the Microsoft Hardware API with valid credentials for the same Partner Center account. There is no supported method to cancel or change a shipping label without authenticated access.

Supported options from the documentation:

Cancel a shipping label via Microsoft Hardware API
If API access is already configured for the Partner Center hardware account, a shipping label in Microsoft Approval or Gradual Rollout can be cancelled with:
```
   PUT https://manage.devcenter.microsoft.com/v2.0/my/hardware/products/{productID}/submissions/{submissionId}/shippingLabels/{shippingLabelId}/cancel
   Authorization: Bearer <your access token>
```
This requires:
- A valid Microsoft Entra ID access token for the same Partner Center tenant.
- Knowledge of productID, submissionId, and shippingLabelId. The response is HTTP 204, and actual cancellation in flighting systems can take over a day. This still requires authenticated access; it is not possible without it.
Expire a driver from Windows Update (requires dashboard access)
When access to the Hardware workspace is available, a driver can be expired from Windows Update by:
1. Searching for the relevant hardware submission.
2. Opening Distribution and selecting the shipping label.
3. In Targeting → Select PNPs, choosing the hardware IDs to expire (or Expire All).
4. Selecting Publish to finalize.
  This also requires successful sign-in to Partner Center.
If the Hardware workspace is missing / account access issue
Because both UI and API methods require authenticated access, the only path when the Hardware workspace no longer appears is to resolve the account/workspace problem with Microsoft support and then perform the cancellation/expiration:
- Use the Windows developer support channel for Partner Center dashboard issues as documented in Support for Partner Center dashboard and Gradual rollout – FAQ.
- Sign in with the same Partner Center / Hardware Dev Center credentials and open a support request describing:
  - Loss of Hardware workspace visibility.
  - Need to cancel/expire specific driver shipping labels associated with a particular EV certificate.

Without restoring access (or having an existing API integration with valid tokens for that account), there is no documented way to cancel or block distribution of a shipping label.
