Purchased Microsoft 365 about 30 minutes ago.

The confirmation email is not required to install Microsoft 365.

To install Microsoft 365 purchased online directly from Microsoft:

1. Go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the same Microsoft account used to buy Microsoft 365.
2. In Services & subscriptions, locate the Microsoft 365 purchase.
3. Select Install next to the subscription.
4. Follow the wizard; Office will install in the background while the PC stays on and connected.

Alternatively, once the confirmation email arrives, it will also contain an Install Office link that leads to the same installation flow.

If the purchase was through the Microsoft Store:

1. Go to Order history: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and sign in.
2. Find the Microsoft 365/Office order and select Product key/Install (if shown), then follow the instructions.
3. Select Install Office and complete the wizard.

If no install option appears under the account used, verify that the correct Microsoft account is being used for sign-in and that the order shows as completed. If problems persist, contact Microsoft support.
