how to draft a convinceable tickmark for the sample- advance from customers

VANDANATH TRADERS- advance from customer taken from this vendor. And there are two accounts - 1042457 & 6000671 under the name Vandanath Traders of which both i have got snip showing high value items invoices stating that billing is done means this much amount is paid in advance by the customer for the invoice. the amount however is not going to match with supportings provided because Rs.1,751,539 is paid as an advance and in invoice and snip the billing is of the total amount, not how much paid.
