I’m unable to log in to my newly created Azure subscription account. When I try to sign in, I receive the following error message:
“Sign-in failed – Error message: interaction_required: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity.”
I have already tried the recommended troubleshooting steps provided in the Azure guidelines, but the issue still persists.
Could anyone please assist me in resolving this issue?
