Account status cannot be checked here. To verify that there is no issue with a Microsoft account or subscription, sign in directly to the Microsoft account portal and review the Services & subscriptions and any alerts or messages.
Regarding Visio:
- Visio is not included in the standard Office/Microsoft 365 consumer subscriptions by default; it is sold as a stand-alone product or as Visio Plan 1/Plan 2.
- A lightweight, web-based Visio experience (Visio in Microsoft 365) is included at no additional cost only for Microsoft 365 business and education plans such as Office 365 E1/E3/E5, Microsoft 365 Business Basic/Standard, and similar commercial SKUs.
- For commercial plans, Visio for the web is available without an extra license to create, edit, and share basic diagrams. For home/consumer plans, Visio for the web can be used without a license only to view basic Visio files in read-only mode when they are uploaded to OneDrive.
- The Visio desktop app is never included in Microsoft 365; it must be purchased separately (for example, Visio Plan 2 or perpetual Visio Professional/Standard).
To see whether Visio is included for a specific account, check the assigned products and licenses in the Services & subscriptions section of the Microsoft account or, for business/education, in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
