MFA reset worked temporarily, now all admins locked out again

Hi all,

We are experiencing a recurring MFA / Conditional Access issue in our Microsoft 365

Situation

Last week we were locked out due to MFA enforcement.

Microsoft Support performed an MFA reset for our admin accounts.

After that, access was restored.

Now (again), we are fully locked out of the tenant.

Same issue, Business critical incident

Current problem

All global admins are prompted for basic MFA - which is bocked by policy
MFA fails because:
- Basic MFA policy blocks
No admin can enter the tenant.

Please assist ?
