A cloud-based task management app from Microsoft that helps users organize and manage daily tasks across devices.
No one in the community or in this channel can see which Microsoft account is associated with a specific card, but there are built-in tools to investigate this type of charge.
Use these steps:
- Go to the Manage your payments page of the Microsoft account dashboard: Manage your payments.
- Sign in with any Microsoft account that might be using this card.
- Next to the payment method, select Investigate. This will help identify which account and product the charge is for and whether it’s tied to a Microsoft 365 subscription or another service.
- If the charge does not appear under that account’s Order history, repeat the process with any other Microsoft accounts that might be using the same card (including family members’ accounts).
- To further verify, sign in to your order history at account.microsoft.com/billing and check for charges with status Completed or Redeemed in the relevant date range.
If the charge still cannot be found on any Microsoft account:
- Use the guided troubleshooter for unrecognized charges: How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft.
- If the tools and support cannot locate the transaction on any account, contact the card issuer to dispute the charge as potentially fraudulent and ask about blocking the card and issuing a new one.
Microsoft support can only investigate further once contacted directly through the official support channels referenced in the articles.
