Linking additional personal email IDs issue

Hi,

I have registered Microsoft account with my personal email ID and had completed some certifications as well. However, by mistake, I recently opened another account with a different personal email ID. System is not allowing me to sync both email accounts. It will be great, if you can help to merge both personal email IDs
