Unable to log to Azure Portal

Hello.
This used to work. But now, I'm unable to lo to the Azure portal.
I can sign into my account (here, for instance), but when I try to go to Azure it requests 2FA confirmation.
The notification never arrives at my Microsoft Authenticator (where you need to type a number) and when trying to use a code, the portal expects a 6 digit number, but my authentication app is generating 8 digit numbers.
Tried all available assistance tools to no avail.

Just wanted to chime in to say that I've been bounced five times through several departments (some more than once) without getting any resolution.
Last department (Personal Accounts, on my second visit) sent me instructions to open a support case through the site. The instructions don't work.
Where else can I get assistance? Or is my account lost forever?

We have engaged with the Data Protection team; however, upon checking, the team has already connected with you and confirmed that the account is a personal account and falls under OOS.
