I used signtool to code sign the downloaded SignableFile.bin in steps 4 and 5.

I dragged the signed code file from step 6 and pressed the upload button. No OK or NG message appeared and it returned to the file dragging state. Does this mean the upload was successful?

I uploaded it before, but I didn't receive an email and I'm worried that the upload wasn't successful.
