How can I see "sent e-mails and documents". I had a link on my "word" before the update.

In recent versions of Word, the previous shortcut/link to “Sent e‑mails and documents” is no longer exposed the same way, but the underlying items are still available in two places:

    1. Sent emails
      • Sent emails are stored in Outlook, not Word.
      • In Outlook, open the Sent Items folder to see messages that were sent from Word (for example via Mail Merge or “Send as attachment”).
      • If sent messages are missing, verify Outlook is saving them:
        1. In Outlook, select File > Options > Mail.
        2. Under Save messages, ensure Save copies of messages in the Sent Items folder is checked.
    2. Documents that were sent from Word
      • Word itself does not keep a special “sent documents” list; the documents remain as normal files in their original locations.
      • To share again from Word, use:
        • File > Save & Send (in older Word versions) to send as email attachment or as PDF/XPS.
        • Or save the document to OneDrive and share a link from there.

If the previous “sent” link in Word was part of a custom UI (e.g., a Quick Access Toolbar command or an add‑in), it may need to be re‑added after the update, but the actual sent emails are always visible in Outlook’s Sent Items folder.
