Cannot download microsoft project

Based on your message, I want to confirm something first: 

Are you currently using a school‑provided account (for example, one ending with .edu) or a personal account such as @outlook.com or @hotmail.com? 

If you are using your university account, please try signing in to your Harmony Portal (My Account) with that school account and check whether Microsoft Project is actually included in your subscription. 

If possible, please share a screenshot of the “Subscription” page, so I can see what licenses/apps are assigned. 

The reason why I need your help to verify your assigned licenses is because Project is not included in most student plans, unless your university specifically assigns a Project license to your account.

Additionally, could you also let me know: 

1. Are you using Windows or macOS? 
2. What exactly happens when you try to download Project? Do you get an error message?  Once again, thank you again for raising this issue; it’s helped broaden my understanding. I hope you understand that I want to help as much as I can within the scope of this forum.
