Windows Activation after HW Change Reports "OOPS AN ERROR OCCURED"

I cant activate windows pro workstation after a motherboard change. Activation troubleshooter asks me to login to my microsoft account. When I do I get the "oops an error occured". There is no way anymore to activate windows over the phone either.

Im in a level of hell I cant even believe is possible.

Activation doesnt work.

Activation troubleshooter doesnt work.

Phone activation pushes me to web which of course, doesnt work.

Cant get a human on the phone to fix this stupid merry-go-round MS has created.

Microsoft couldnt create a better system to push people off Windows if they tried.

I have spent HOURS on this.

AI (yes the hell slop that is AI) told me to delete local token cached creds (didnt help). Told me to dsregcmd /leave. (I was already unjoined), which of course didnt help.

Then it told me to buy a new license.

For the love of God, can anyone tell me how to reach a human to activate?

Ha! I finally found the MS web page that directly allows you to enter your installation ID. Entered it and it activated just fine. God what a saga. IF MS would just add that link to their help page all this wasted time could have been avoided. Why this page isnt available from MS activation portal is beyond me.
