Microsoft cannot remove or bypass website blocks on a school computer. The filtering and bans (including YouTube Shorts or other sites) are controlled by the school or district IT administrators, not by Microsoft.
Only the school’s IT department (or whoever manages the devices and network) has the permissions and passwords to change or remove that filtering software or to unblock specific sites. There is no Microsoft password, backdoor, or setting that can be provided to get around those restrictions.
To request access, contact a teacher or the school IT staff and ask if they can review or allow the specific content or site for educational use.
