My game is not saving. Shadow of war. I bought it from microsoft store. I downloaded it from xbox pc but it is not saving my game

Hello Mustafa,

Try the below steps (may help):

Disable Controlled Folder Access: Go to Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Manage ransomware protection > Turn OFF "Controlled folder access".

OR

if you need this security feature (Add Exception List/Folder/Game)

More Info: this settings block apps from modifying important folders paths and may include your game saving folder.

If that doesn't work, let me know and share with me any error message /screenshot that would help much!!

It is already closed. However, my problem was not solved.

I also tried repair the game, turn off the controlled folder access, and reinstalling the game but none of them is not the solution.

Yes, I also tried log out the onedrie and close it from task manager. However my problem is still continue. Maybe I have to make another steps for disable the one drive

Ok, I see!
If you turned one Sync for (Desktop, Documents, ...) > it will change the Location/Path for them for example

C:\Users\Mustafa\Desktop > C:\Users\Mustafa\OneDrive\Desktop

So, Ensure OneDrive is not actively syncing your Documents folder.

Check <Documents\WB Games\Shadow of War> Path

Run The game again but wish Administrator.

I hope it got fixed for you otherwise, please reach out to Game/Devs or the game publisher.
