Use the Microsoft Learn certifications site to find and schedule the exam.

    1. Go to the certification pages and either open the certification overview or browse all certifications page:
    2. Select the certification/exam to take and open its detail page.
    3. Scroll to the Schedule exam section.
    4. Click the exam provider button (for most people this is Schedule with Pearson VUE; students or MOS candidates choose Schedule with Certiport).
    5. Sign in or create a Microsoft Learn profile when prompted. Ensure the legal name matches the ID.
    6. Complete the required profile details (address, phone, contact email) and click Submit to be redirected to Pearson VUE (or Certiport).
    7. On the provider site, choose the delivery option (test center or online proctored), date, and time, then complete checkout.

If taking the exam online, run the required system pre-check first using the link in the online exam guidance: About online exams with Pearson VUE.

After scheduling, the exam appointment can be viewed, rescheduled, or canceled from the Learn profile’s Certifications area.
