Guidance on Sponsorship or Support for UK STEM Racing Student Team

Hi Microsoft team,

I’m Zac from the Ark Boulton STEM Racing team, a student group at Ark Boulton Academy participating in STEM Racing (the global competition formerly known as F1 in Schools). Our team is designing, simulating, and building a mini F1-style car using professional engineering tools like Autodesk Fusion 360 (we’ve escalated our case with Autodesk Education for extra guidance and potential partnership).

We’re passionate about STEM skills—CAD design, aerodynamics, project management, and teamwork—to inspire the next generation of engineers, just like real F1 teams.

We’re inspired by Microsoft’s “Race into STEM” initiative with BWT Alpine F1 Team, which uses motorsport to excite young people (especially in middle/high school) about STEM careers through tools like Minecraft Education and interactive events. Our project aligns perfectly with that goal: hands-on innovation in a racing context!

We’d love any guidance on possible support or resources for our team, such as:
