Hello, we are using azure content understanding and for some pdfs the Azure content understanding is displaying the first page of pdf as blank on the UI as shown below:
We have tried changing browsers, clearing cache and using incognito window but nothing worked.

Please test other formats of file to isolate the issue.
Please share the sample file in private message for further investigation.

2026-02-27T21:25:19.12+00:00 I meant in case of scanned pdfs, some pages might skip passing due to low resolution quality.
Please check the minimum resolution quality and other criteria needed for images
You can test that individual page in .jpg,.png etc to isolate the issue.
We might need a processing logic to convert them to suitable extension post testing.

Is the issue replicable with all pdfs at your side
What are prebuilt models in usage here.
Please share any available document and prebuilt model to replicate the issue.

It also skips processing particular page if you have mistakenly defined page option wrongly.
