The error message you are encountering, ApiConnectionManagementServiceFailure, indicates that the Azure Logic Apps service is temporarily unable to process your request. This can happen due to various reasons, such as service outages, maintenance, or temporary issues with the connection to SharePoint.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check Azure Service Status: Visit the Azure status page to see if there are any ongoing issues with Azure Logic Apps or SharePoint services.
    2. Retry the Connection: Sometimes, simply retrying the connection after a short period can resolve the issue, especially if it was a temporary service disruption.
    3. Verify Credentials: Ensure that the credentials you are using to connect to SharePoint are correct and that the account has the necessary permissions.
    4. Check Network Connectivity: Ensure that there are no network issues that might be affecting the connection to SharePoint.
    5. Review Logic App Configuration: Double-check the configuration of your Logic App to ensure that all settings are correct.

If the problem persists, consider reaching out to Azure support for further assistance, providing them with the tracking IDs from the error messages for more detailed investigation.
