Links and document creation in Co-Pilot 365 not working

I have recently upgraded to office 365 Premium but whan I use Co-Pilot 365 to generate reports in any of the Microsoft app formats it provides a link that either does not work or has no content (will not open). I have also noticed that no files are being saved on onedrive. The computer is a personal computer and is not assoicated with a school or work account. I have searched everywhere to resolve this but an unable, redering the application virtually useless as a time saving application.
