Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com
If you are unable to access your Microsoft Admin Panel account due to issues with two-step verification, here are some steps you can take to recover access:
- Contact Support: Since you are locked out and cannot receive the two-step verification code, you will need to contact Microsoft support directly. You can find the appropriate contact information for your region at Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.
- Use Recovery Options: If your global admin has enabled the Self-Service Password Reset feature, you may be able to reset your password using your security information. Visit Self-Service Password Reset if applicable.
- Request Password Reset: If you do not have the ability to reset your password, ask another global admin in your organization to assist you with resetting the password.
- Two-Factor Authentication Issues: If you have lost access to your two-factor authentication method, you can go to the Contact us support page and select the product you need help with.
- Additional Help: If none of these options work, you may need to create a support ticket without signing in. You can do this through the Partner Center support page.
Make sure to provide any necessary verification information when contacting support to expedite the recovery process.
