Cannot complete Hardware Program enrollment - Windows Analytics Agreement link returns DNS error

I am trying to enroll in the Hardware Developer Program on Partner Center. During the Agreements step, 3 of 4 agreement links work fine, but the Windows Analytics Agreement (ver 2.0) link (https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=866941) returns "Service Unavailable - DNS failure". The 'Accept and continue' button requires all 4 links to be opened, so I cannot proceed. I have tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge), flushed DNS, and used different networks. This issue has persisted for several hours. I also cannot create a support ticket because I don't have workspace access yet. Please assist.

It seems that you are experiencing a DNS error when trying to access the Windows Analytics Agreement link during your enrollment in the Hardware Developer Program. Since you have already tried multiple browsers, flushed your DNS, and used different networks without success, the issue may be related to the link itself or a temporary service outage.

Unfortunately, without access to workspace support, your options may be limited. However, you can try the following steps:

    1. Wait and Retry: Sometimes, these issues resolve themselves after some time. You might want to wait a few hours and try again.
    2. Contact IT Support: If you have an IT department, consider reaching out to them for assistance, as they may have more resources to help troubleshoot the issue.
    3. Alternative Contact: If possible, try to reach out to Microsoft support through other channels, such as social media or community forums, where you might get quicker assistance.

If the problem persists, it may be best to keep checking back on the link or seek further assistance once you have access to support channels.
