Steps to link to percipio

To link the Percipio app for your organization's learning, you need to follow these steps:

1. Contact Skillsoft Account Team: Reach out to your Skillsoft account team to enable the Viva Learning integration. They will provide you with the Organization ID and Service Account Key needed for configuration.
2. Access Viva Learning Admin: You need Microsoft 365 admin or Knowledge manager permissions to complete the setup.
3. Open Viva Learning App: Launch the Viva Learning app in Teams or access the Viva Learning Web App.
4. Manage Providers: Go to the Admin tab in Viva Learning and select Manage Providers on the left menu.
5. Add Provider: Click on Add Provider, select Skillsoft from the list, and then click Next.
6. Complete Configuration: Fill in the fields with the configuration information you received from your Skillsoft account team, including region-specific information in the Data Center End Point URL. For example:
   • US data center endpoint URL: api.percipio.com
   • European data center endpoint URL: dew1-api.percipio.com
7. Save Configuration: Click Save to save the configuration details and complete the setup process. Ensure that the provider is added to the Configured Providers list.
8. Track Sync Status: You can monitor the current sync status, last successful sync time, next scheduled sync time, and ingestion logs in the expanded view.
9. Wait for Content Display: It may take up to 24 hours for the content to display in the Viva Learning app.
