If I go into Bios and remove windows boot selector, save and exit it boots perfect, then restart and boot manager is back in and have to hit F2 or F12 to select a different boot device and it boots ok.

then upon restart like when I get an update or something requiring a restart have to go through it all again.

This has 3 HD's on it #0 is 250 SSD, and has the operating system on it, #1 is 500 SSD and #2 is 1TB hdd

It will NOT do a system repair, system restore, system health!

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Please clarify the following:

Do the other disks also have an operating system installed?

    Try this:

Remove any USB devices, such as flash drives or external hard drives, and see if the system starts up correctly.

See if the same behavior occurs if you start Windows in Safe Mode.

In the step involving the "Windows Recovery Environment" article, the method under "Automatic Repair" is the most suitable for your case.

At the "Startup settings" step, press 4 or F4 to start Windows in Safe Mode.

You don't have to run Windows in Safe Mode forever. This is just a test to help isolate the source of the problem.

    Let me know the result.

Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
