Hello,

My company was part of the microsoft hardware partner program,
our account was deactivated. I need to reactivate it in order to sign some drivers.
Error message on page https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/account/exp/enrollment/programselector/hardware?cloudInstance=Global&accountProgram=hardware
Our records indicate that you have already enrolled into this program but your program registration is deactivated.

Everything in the partner account seems fine.
There's no workspace in the partner account, so no human request are allowed.
I don't understand or to ask or buy human support ticket.

Please any microsoft employe help us...

To reactivate your Microsoft Hardware Partner Program account, you should first ensure that you are signed in with the correct credentials associated with your partner account. If your account is deactivated, you may need to submit a support request to expedite the reactivation process. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Sign in to your Hardware Dev Center account.
    2. Go to the Windows hardware engineering support page.
    3. Select Contact us, then choose Dashboard issue, and finally select Hardware submissions & signing (all OS version) from the dropdown menu.
    4. Include your business justification for the reactivation in your support request.

If you do not see any workspaces or options to submit a request, it may be necessary to contact your account admin for assistance or to ensure that you have the correct permissions to access the necessary features.
