I have submitted a app in the store, it fails approval because the subscription fails to activate it fully and enable full features. I can't submit the subscription add-on unless the app gets approved and published. This makes me stuck in a cycle. How to solve it.

To resolve the issue of your app submission failing due to the subscription requirement, you may need to consider the following steps:

    1. Ensure App Completeness: Make sure your app is fully functional without the subscription. The app should not be dependent on the subscription for core functionalities that users expect upon installation.
    2. Provide Clear Information: In your app's description, clearly state that a subscription is required for full features. This transparency can help during the review process.
    3. Testing: If possible, test your app in a way that showcases its features without requiring the subscription. This might involve providing a demo mode or limited access that demonstrates the app's capabilities.
    4. Contact Support: Reach out to Microsoft support or the concierge validation service for guidance. They can provide specific recommendations based on your submission's feedback and help you understand how to proceed with your subscription add-on.
    5. Fix Reported Issues: If you received a report from Microsoft regarding the reasons for the failure, ensure that you address all the issues mentioned before resubmitting your app.

By following these steps, you can work towards getting your app approved while managing the subscription aspect effectively.
