I uploaded an Extended Validation (EV) code signing certificate via the Manage Certificates page. Next steps are:

After uploading the certificate, monitor your global admin's email box for a survey requesting details about your business. Complete the survey when you receive it.

I applied on February 10th but have not received the email yet.
