I PURCHASED VISEO PRO 2024 BY MISTAKE. 20 DAYS INTO IT WANT A REFUND. IM 100% GETTING THE RUN AROUND RABBIT HOLE ****. I DID USE THE 25. I HAVE NEVER USED VISIO. I JUST WANT TO RETURN IT. HOW DO I DO THIS?

    Sign in with the same Microsoft account used to buy Visio, and review your Order history to locate the Visio Professional 2024 purchase. If there is no option from there, you can reach out to the support team via the link below to contact customer support live chat.

    Make sure to sign in your Microsoft Account

    Select the product Office.

    Click "Get Home support" then describe your issue like "Visio 2024 billing issue"

    Click "Contact Support" tab above

    Reselect the product you need help with.
