Attempted to re-enable my free Azure account for testing, receiving error blocked due to inactivity

Sign-in failed Error code: interaction_required Error message: interaction_required: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity.
I find when selecting Entra ID Login I get this error, I can get to parts of Azure admin portal but anything related to tenants appears to show this error. I also was able to run the Service Health insights checks which all come up clear
In attempting to contact Microsoft Support anything Azure appears to lead back to support portal but no way to have tenant re-enabled or recreated?
