Not a Microsoft 365 Insider; downloaded apps receive current channel updates anyway

I have no indication that the Microsoft Office 365 apps installed on my computer have been enrolled in the Microsoft 365 Insider Program. Nevertheless, they receive the current channel updates anyway.

How do I find their Insider status? How do I unenroll them?

My installation currently has Version 2802 (Build 19725.20058 Click-to-Run).
