If you have cleared the AZ-900 exam but are unable to find your certificate, it is important to verify a few things:

    1. Check Your Microsoft Learn Profile: Sign in to your Microsoft Learn profile and navigate to the Certifications tab. Ensure that your certificate is listed there. If it is not visible, you may need to check the email associated with your profile, as the congratulations email will be sent to that address.
    2. Correct Email Address: Since you mentioned that the email ID was taken incorrectly while applying for the exam, ensure that you are logging in with the correct account that corresponds to the email used during the exam registration.
    3. Contact Microsoft Credentials Support: If you still cannot find your certificate, it is advisable to reach out to Microsoft Credentials Support. They can assist you in verifying your account and resolving any issues related to your certificate. You can submit a support request through their portal.
    4. Pearson VUE Support: Since you have already contacted Pearson VUE support, make sure to follow up with them if you haven’t received any updates regarding the email correction and certificate issuance.

It may take some time for the support teams to respond, so be patient while waiting for their assistance.
