How to fix surfacebook 2 15 cursor kept flickering if using resolution 3000x2000?

So my microsoft surface book 2 cursor kept flickering idk why is that happen, but if i was disable display adapter that named Intel UHD 620 it was back to normal, can u gimme solution?

    Based on your issue regarding the cursor flickering on your Surface Book 2 (15-inch) when using the 3000x2000 resolution, I understand that disabling the Intel UHD Graphics 620 adapter temporarily resolves the symptom, but this limits the device's overall display performance. 

    This behavior is typically associated with a conflict between the integrated graphics power management settings and the high-resolution panel. To resolve this, I recommend the following troubleshooting steps:

    Step 1: Disable panel self-refresh 

    1. Open the Intel Graphics Command Center (available via the Start menu or Microsoft Store). 
    2. Navigate to System > Power. 
    3. Locate Panel Self Refresh and toggle the setting to Off for both On Battery and Plugged In modes. 
    4. Restart the device to apply the changes. 

    Step 2: Refresh rate verification 

    Ensure the display refresh rate is synchronized correctly with the Windows desktop manager. 

    1. Go to Settings > System > Display > Advanced display. 
    2. Under Choose a refresh rate, ensure it is set to exactly 60.00 Hz. If it is currently set to a decimal value (e.g., 59.97 Hz), please switch it to 60.00 Hz. 

    Step 3: Reinstall surface-specific display drivers 

    If the flickering persists, the current driver may be corrupted. Reinstalling the official Surface firmware driver is recommended. 

    1. Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager. 
    2. Expand Display adapters, right-click Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620, and select Uninstall device. 
    3. Ensure the box for Attempt to remove the driver for this device is checked, then click Uninstall. 
    4. Restart the Surface. Windows will automatically reinstall the calibrated driver version included in the Surface firmware.
