Taking PL300 exam in a country without a resident status

Hello!
I have Russian citizenship and want to take a PL300 exam in Bishkek, Kyrgystan.
Is it possible to book and take an exam outside of the country of your residency? And if so, is an international passport issued in Russia enough as a form of identification.
Traveling and working in Kyrgystan doesn`t require having a visa for Russian citizens.
If this option is not available, please provide any alternatives on how i could take this exam.
