If you are unable to see your certification under your profile, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Confirm Your Login Account: Ensure that you are signing into the correct Microsoft Learn profile. If you have multiple accounts, you might be logged into the wrong one. Check if you have used a different email or account when registering for the exam.
    2. Review Credential Requirements: Make sure that you have met all the requirements for the certification. Sometimes, if the certification requires passing multiple exams, you will not receive the certificate until all necessary exams are completed.
    3. Check for Missing Certifications: If you still do not see your certification, you may need to contact Microsoft Credentials Support for further assistance. They can help you identify if there are any issues with your certification status.
    4. Access Your Certification Dashboard: You can also check your Certification Dashboard to see if the certification is listed there. From the dashboard, you can view and download your certificates if they are available.

If you need further assistance, consider reaching out to Microsoft Certification Support directly.
