As the title says, my Outlook receive Yahoo and Google emails, but I have not received a Hotmail email since December 30, 2025. I sent test emails to my Hotmail account, but they never appear in my Outlook. Irritating indeed.

It seems you are experiencing issues with receiving emails from your Hotmail account in Outlook while other email services like Yahoo and Google are functioning properly. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can consider:

    1. Check Forwarding Rules: Ensure that there are no forwarding rules set up that might be diverting your Hotmail emails elsewhere. You can check this in your Outlook settings.
    2. Review Storage Quota: Make sure your email storage is not full. If your storage is over the limit, new emails may not be delivered.
    3. Check Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, emails may end up in the Junk or Spam folder. Make sure to check there for any missing emails.
    4. Account Settings: Verify that your Hotmail account is correctly configured in Outlook. You can try removing and re-adding the account to refresh the connection.
    5. Activity Log: Check your account activity log to ensure there are no unrecognized logins or issues that might indicate a problem with your account.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to reach out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
