Sole Admin Locked Out of Azure Tenant (MFA Authenticator Loop)

Hello,

I need urgent help recovering access to my Azure tenant. I am the only administrator and I am locked out by MFA. When I try accessing this Azure directory, sign-in always requires authenticator app but I don't receive any code so I cannot complete that Authenticator approval for this tenant. I can still sign in to Hotmail with code/email/SMS and sign in through authenticator, but Azure tenant access is blocked and there are no other admins available to reset MFA for me.

If you are the only global admin and are locked out of your Azure tenant due to MFA, there is no self service recovery path once the authenticator method is inaccessible. The only viable option is to raise a critical account recovery ticket with Support for directory access loss under Microsoft Entra ID. Use the Azure support form from a different Microsoft account, provide tenant ID, domain, subscription details, billing proof, and identity verification documents. Microsoft can perform an admin takeover or MFA reset after verification. This is the standard emergency recovery route when a sole admin loses MFA access.
