To request a refund for your Microsoft 365 Copilot subscription when you are unable to access the Microsoft 365 admin center due to your tenant being managed by GoDaddy, you should follow these steps:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: Since you cannot access your admin center, it is best to reach out to Microsoft support directly. You can do this by visiting the Microsoft support page and selecting the appropriate options for billing issues.
    2. Explain Your Situation: Clearly explain that you purchased Microsoft 365 Copilot but are unable to access the admin center because your account is tied to GoDaddy. Mention that you are seeking a refund due to the lack of access.
    3. Follow Up with GoDaddy: If necessary, you may also want to contact GoDaddy support to see if they can assist in resolving the access issue, which might help in your communication with Microsoft.
    4. Documentation: Keep any relevant documentation or communication handy to support your refund request.

For detailed instructions on how to cancel your subscription, you can refer to the Microsoft support articles on cancellation and billing issues.
