@Brittany Vance // Delightful This “Request Blocked” page is typically a 403 block generated by Microsoft’s edge protection (WAF) and includes a Reference ID that Microsoft uses to trace why the request was denied. [stackoverflow.com]

    Recommended fixes suggestions:

    1. Try InPrivate/Incognito and clear cookies + cache for worklab.microsoft.com (corrupt cookies/session can trigger repeated blocks). [support.mi...rosoft.com]
    2. Disable VPN/Proxy and any web‑filtering security software/extensions (known to cause “request is blocked” on Microsoft sites; example: Avast Web Shield). [support.mi...rosoft.com]
    3. Test from a different network (mobile hotspot). If it fails on all devices only on the same ISP/corporate egress, the public IP range may be blocked/reputed. [thewindowsclub.com]

If still blocked: Please share the full error text + Reference ID from the block page and timestamp
