Hi!

Dear Microsoft guys, please help me to complete "Business Verification" process in Partner Center account. I already uploaded all documents I have, all information in company profile does match exactly to official documents. At now, our status is "Rejected" and we have no ideas what's goes wrong and what to do next. There are no "Resolve" option (probably all appeals attempts were expired).

I even couldn't create support ticket from Partner Center because "Workspace" dropdown list is empty.

AI assistant didn't help me (but shares with me link to this forum). We are completely stuck in this process for two weeks.

Thanks in advance!

To complete the "Business Verification" step in your Partner Center account, follow these guidelines:

    1. Check Documentation: Ensure that all documents you uploaded match the information in your Legal Business Profile exactly. This includes the company name and address, which must not have any spelling errors or abbreviations.
    2. Review Rejection Reason: If your status is "Rejected," check the details provided in the Partner Center for any specific reasons for the rejection. This information can help you understand what might be missing or incorrect.
    3. Appeal Process: If the "Resolve" option is not available, it may indicate that your appeal attempts have expired. You may need to gather additional documentation or clarification on the rejection reason before reapplying.
    4. Contact Support: Since you mentioned that you cannot create a support ticket due to an empty "Workspace" dropdown, try reaching out directly via email to the support team at teamsubm@microsoft.com. Include your support ticket number (if applicable), seller ID, and a description of your issue.
    5. Check Verification Status: You can monitor your verification status at Account settings | Legal Info in Partner Center to see if there are any updates or further actions required.
    6. Additional Resources: Utilize the resources available in the Partner Center for further assistance, including the FAQ and documentation on business verification.

Following these steps should help you navigate the business verification process more effectively.
