To create a free Azure account as a student, you can follow these steps:

    1. Visit the Azure Free Account page: Go to the Azure website and look for the option to create a free account. This typically includes 12 months of popular services for free and a $200 credit to explore Azure for 30 days.
    2. Sign up with your Microsoft account: If you don’t have a Microsoft account, you will need to create one. If you are a student, it's recommended to use your university email address to sign up, as this can sometimes provide additional benefits.
    3. Provide the necessary information: During the sign-up process, ensure that all your information, including contact email, street address, and phone number, is accurate. You may also need to verify your identity using a phone number or credit card.
    4. Troubleshoot common issues: If you encounter issues during the sign-up process, verify that you do not already have a Microsoft account with the same information and ensure your credit card details are correct. If problems persist, consider using a different browser or clearing your browser's cache.

By following these steps, you should be able to successfully create an Azure account for your learning purposes.
