MS 365 Partner ID Verification – Broken UI & No Response After Document Submission

Hello,

We are currently going through the MS 365 Partner ID verification process and are experiencing significant issues with the portal UI.

Several buttons in the verification interface are not functioning properly, which makes it difficult to navigate or confirm submission status. Despite the UI issues, we successfully uploaded the requested verification documents and responded to the follow-up email from Microsoft.

However, it has now been over 3 business days and we have not received any acknowledgment, status update, or confirmation that our documents were received.

Could someone please advise:

Whether there are known issues with the Partner Center verification UI

How we can confirm that our documents were successfully received

What the current expected turnaround time is

This is blocking our partner activities, so any guidance would be appreciated.

Thank you.

It appears that you are experiencing issues with the Microsoft Partner Center verification process. Here are some points that may help you:

    1. Known Issues with the UI: While the context does not explicitly mention known issues with the Partner Center verification UI, it is not uncommon for users to encounter technical difficulties. If you suspect there are ongoing issues, it may be beneficial to check forums or contact support for any updates.
    2. Confirming Document Receipt: To confirm whether your documents were successfully received, you can monitor your verification status at Account settings | Legal Info in the Partner Center. This area will provide updates on your verification status, including whether it is still pending or if any action is required.
    3. Expected Turnaround Time: The verification process typically takes about 3-5 business days. If it has been longer than this, and you have not received any updates, it may be a good idea to reach out to Microsoft support for further assistance.

Since your partner activities are being blocked, following up with support may expedite the resolution of your issue.
