I created a word document and used Copilot for editing and composition. When I attempt to print the document, red paragraphs appear with underscoring. The document is being ruined by COPILOT editing and cannot be used with this feature active. I have disabled COPILOT feature, but the document is still unusable.

To remove the corrections made by Copilot in your Word document, you can try the following steps:

    1. Disable Track Changes: If Track Changes is enabled, it may show edits and corrections in red. Go to the Review tab and click on Track Changes to turn it off.
    2. Accept or Reject Changes: If changes are still visible, you can accept or reject them. In the Review tab, you will find options to accept or reject changes made in the document.
    3. Clear Formatting: If the document still shows unwanted formatting, you can select the text and use the Clear All Formatting option found in the Home tab under the font section.
    4. Check for Comments: Ensure that there are no comments left by Copilot. You can delete any comments in the Review tab.
    5. Save and Restart: After making these changes, save your document and restart Word to ensure all settings are applied.

If the issue persists, consider updating your Word application, as updates may resolve bugs related to Copilot features.
