I want to remove the linked credit card from Azure but cannot log-in (AADSTS5000225)

I want to remove my expired credit card from Microsoft (it contains my identification information and I can't remove or modify it).

when I try to remove the credit card, it displays:

'Unable to remove your Visa (last four digits are **): If your payment method is linked to an Azure subscription, please go to the Azure portal to remove the link.

However, after accessing Azure, I encountered the following error: Error message: interaction_required: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity.

I've contacted Microsoft support, but it seems they lack the authority to directly remove the card and the ability to restore my Azure account to unlink the credit card.

So, how can I resolve this?
