Regain access to Global Admin Microsoft account with lost MFA Access lockout

Hello. I have an issue with a lockout from a tenant that has MFA access and a lost Microsoft Authenticator app. Currently no way to access the tenant.

There are no other Global Administrator accounts available to us to gain access unfortunately.

I understand we need to open a case with the Data Protection Team.

Can @Raja Pothuraju or anyone else help us with this?
