When I tried to login Microsoft Partner Center Collaborate, the screen showed "Unauthorized Verification".

And showed"Your organization Collaborate account access is blocked because of an unauthorized verification status from the most recent vetting".

How to fix it?

Thanks,

Stan

If your Collaborate account access is blocked due to an unauthorized verification status, it typically indicates that your account has not completed the necessary verification process. To resolve this issue, you should check the following:

    1. Verification Status: Log in to the Partner Center dashboard and check your verification status. If it is still pending, you may need to complete the verification process.
    2. Email Verification: Ensure that you have completed the email verification step. A verification email is sent to the primary contact, and you must follow the instructions in that email to verify your account.
    3. Documentation: If additional documentation is required for verification, make sure to provide it as requested.
    4. Contact Support: If you have checked all the above and the issue persists, consider contacting Microsoft support for assistance with your account verification status.

Verification usually takes 3-5 business days, so if it has been longer than that, reaching out to support may help expedite the process.
