Sign in error to azure portal - interaction required. AADSTS5000225

I have been actively using Azure Cognitive services in my app. Doesn't that count as an active environment? I cannot login or contact customer support either because of hte fact that it asks me to login and eventually ends up with the same error screen. Can someone help me if anyone resolved this issue.
