I received an e-mail from 'Microsoft Support <******@contact-microsoft.com>'. Is it real?

Spam - this is not a Microsoft URL. Microsoft billing emails normally come from domains like @microsoft.com, @account.microsoft.com, or @microsoftstore.com. “contact-microsoft.com” is not a standard Microsoft billing domain and is commonly used in phishing scams that try to scare you into calling a fake support number or clicking a payment link.

Do not click any links, download attachments, or call phone numbers in that message. Do not reply to it. Instead, open a new browser window and go directly to https://account.microsoft.com and sign in to your real Microsoft account. Check your Services & subscriptions and your Order history. If you do not see that order there, the email is almost certainly a scam and you can delete it or report it to Microsoft at https://www.microsoft.com/reportascam.
