How can I create a new Azure tenant if I had one expire due to inactivity

I am trying to login to azure portal but getting following error as experienced in other forum question.
I tried accessing account by specifying tenant id But still not able to access anything.
Tried Azure cli to list tenants in my account, but that command is also not running. It is giving tenantLifecycle erorr for default directory.

Hello Ali Kamal, if you haven't logged in to your tenant for a long period of time (over 200 days), then, you'll get this error. 20 days post this window, it gets permanently deleted. So, if you're trying to recover the account within this window, then, you can put in a Microsoft support ticket and they'll be able to do the needful. If, however, the window has expired, then, you would have to create a new one altogether.

Hello Ali Kamal,

The error message you are seeing indicates that your tenant has been inactive for more than 200 days after the billing cycle, which triggered Microsoft's process to remove inactive tenants. At this stage, the OMS commerce system places a login block AADSTS5000225, Twenty days after this block is applied, the tenant is permanently deleted.

To restore access, the tenant must have been blocked for less than 20 days. After 30 days, the tenant is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

We can reactivate your tenant only if it has been blocked for less than 20 days, please share the requested details in private message so that we can reactivate your account.

Once we have the requested details, we can proceed with your account reactivation

Hi, Thanks for the help, I was able to create new tenant in my account. But was not able to access student benefits, as they were associated with previous tenant.
